What ingredients are in the Nilotica Shea Butter?
All our products contain 100% pure Nilotica Shea Butter and nothing else. We do not use the conventional traditional boiling methods which includes the roasting of shea nuts, boiling water, excessive heat and hand churning as this diminishes the properties that make our product so wonderful.
We use the cold press extraction method to retain all the valuable properties and give you a product as nature intended.
Please note that colour and consistency may vary due to the pure ingredients, however this does not take away from its performance.
Are you products vegan friendly?
Yes, we are proud to say that we only use ethically-sourced ingredients which is the core of our philosophy. None of our products contain animal ingredients or by-products. All our products 100% vegan.
Are you products Cruelty free?
Our products are guaranteed to never include animal testing or animal derivatives at any point of production.
Packaging
Is your packaging recyclable?
Yes, all our packaging is recyclable. Although we currently use PET we are working towards a better alternative.
Uses
My Shea butter has turn into oil, is it okay to still use?
Yes, it sure is. In its solid state, the shea butter is creamy and rich. With a low melting point the shea butter turns into an oil so it is best to keep out of direct sunlight and heat.
Can I use the Nilotica Shea Butter on my baby/Child?
Yes you can. As our products are free from all the nasties including preservatives, parabens, sulphates, No GM ingredients, silicones, mineral oils or artificial fragrances.

Can I cancel or change my order when it’s processing?
If you have placed an order on our website, our team is available to help you change your shipping address or cancel your order if requested by e-mail within an hour of placing it.
